Precor Elliptical Workout Routine

When you're doing a Precor elliptical workout routine, you should think about varying the intensity during the training session. In other words, don't use the same speed for the entire exercise session, but vary it at different times.

A good way to go is to start slow. That allows your body to warm up slowly and will help your joints ease into the workout. After a few minutes, your body will be ready for some more serious training, so crank up the intensity level a little bit. Stay at that intensity until it feels natural, then crank it up again. You can do this several times during a 30 minute workout, then end up by lowering the intensity level to cool down. Your body will thank you for working out this way, plus you'll actually end up burning more calories.
